This multimedia eLearning project was developed as the capstone submission for the Professional Diploma in Instructional Design at the Digital Learning Institute. The full design process — from learner persona research and outcome mapping to wireframing, storyboarding, scripting, and prototyping — is documented across the artefacts below. The course was designed for a fictional client, PeopleFirst Solutions, and addresses a real organisational challenge: closing the gap between employer promises and the actual employee experience. The Rise 360 module and instructional video were built as integrated components of a six-module blended programme grounded in empathic employment experience design.
